Follow up consultations are generally 3 to 6 weeks after the Initial Consultation. These consultations are necessary in order to monitor progress and make any required adjustments to the plan. Further follow-ups may be required depending on each individual situation.

The price includes:

• 60 minute follow up consultation

• Updated Nutritional Therapy Plan that includes diet and lifestyle suggestions

• Time spent analysing your case and writing personalised notes before and after the appointment.

• Meal and recipe suggestions

• Meal and recipe inspiration for your specific needs

• Supplement recommendations (where appropriate)

• Lab testing recommendations (where appropriate)
