I will take time to really listen to you so that I understand your health symptoms, dietary choices and lifestyle, and can identify the possible underlying causes for your health symptoms.  Using this information, I will explain to you the small, but effective, changes that you can make to your diet so that you look and feel fantastic, every day.


I know from experience that the best way to help my clients get the results that they want is to work with them over a period of time . Programmes make it much easier to make changes if you are accountable to someone and communicating with your practitioner on a regular basis. Clients really benefit from committing themselves to a programme as we develop our collaborative relationship and most importantly you receive ongoing and dedicated support.


My programmes are a combination of nutrition consultations and mini progress reviews.  They work because I take the time to explain the science behind the nutritional recommendations, and because we will work together to introduce the changes into your life in a way that will fit into your lifestyle, in your time, at your pace. An important part of my programmes is the health coaching which is vital both for motivation and in supporting you to find your own solutions to your challenges.

My 8 Weeks to Wellness Programme includes:

  • A full health assessment

  • 1 x 90 minute Initial Consultation

  • 4 x 30 minute fortnightly follow up consultations

  • 1:1 chat support (Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm)

  • Nutritional Therapy Plan that includes diet and lifestyle suggestions

  • Time spent on your case after and between appointments analysing your case and writing personalised notes outside of appointment time.

  • Meal and recipe inspiration for your specific needs

  • Ongoing resources and handouts

  • Supplement recommendations (where appropriate)

  • Lab testing recommendations (where appropriate)

  • Health coaching to help you implement the recommendations into your life.
